We are looking for a forward-thinking Facilities Manager to report directly to the Head of Property & Facilities Management and play a pivotal role in future-proofing our heritage-rich portfolio.
The Impact You’ll Make
This is more than maintaining buildings; it is about driving the long-term value and operational excellence of our portfolio. You will lead the transition toward data-led maintenance, embedding ESG principles and modernising systems across some of London’s most iconic addresses.
Key Responsibilities
· Operational Excellence: Manage hard and soft services, overseeing high-spec M&E systems and leading on major lifecycle and refurbishment programmes.
· Strategic Asset Management: Use data-led insights to improve asset performance and guide smarter long-term investment decisions across our heritage portfolio.
· Supply Chain Leadership: Drive accountability and innovation through a high-performing supply chain that aligns with Argyll’s premium standards.
· Safety & ESG: Lead our health and safety strategy and embed ESG principles into the heart of our facilities operations.
· Commercial Oversight: Manage budgets with a commercial mindset, balancing quality with long-term value.
· Digital, Data & AI Innovation: Lead the integration of digital tools, data analytics, and AI to enhance reporting, streamline operational efficiency, and implement sophisticated predictive maintenance strategies.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Salary: 45-50k
Who You Are

Proven Track Record: You bring a minimum of 5+ years of experience in building management, ideally within a high-end, multi-site, or heritage portfolio.
Technically Strong: Deep expertise in facilities management, M&E systems, and compliance.
Strategically Aware: You connect daily maintenance with long-term portfolio growth.
Data-Led: You use technology to anticipate issues and improve reporting.
Collaborative: A natural influencer who builds trust with partners and internal teams.
