Location
This role is based in our portfolio of premium workspaces in Zone 1 London.
Working Hours
We are currently considering both:
Full-time opportunities (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
Part-time opportunities (hours to be discussed during the recruitment process)

About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are alike. As part of our Operations team, you will provide an exceptional, seamless experience for our clients and their visitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing seamless operational and front-of-house support.
Proactively managing client needs and supporting day-to-day centre operations.
Setting up meeting rooms for corporate events and preparing bespoke catering.
Conducting essential operational duties, including fire alarm tests and basic IT support.
Acting as a brand ambassador and building strong professional relationships with clients and visitors.
Working flexibly across different buildings within our portfolio, with opportunities to learn, develop and broaden your experience.
