We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Membership & Meetings Executive to join our team at Central Court, one of Argyll's premium London locations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied role combining customer service, sales support and operational coordination. You'll be at the heart of our meetings and membership offering, helping clients navigate their workspace needs while ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional standards associated with the Argyll brand.

π What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the team, you'll:
β¨ Respond to meeting room, event and virtual office enquiries, providing a professional and personalised experience.
β¨ Prepare proposals, contracts and booking documentation accurately and efficiently.
β¨ Conduct client tours, showcase our spaces and help convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and memberships.
β¨ Manage meeting room and event bookings from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
β¨ Follow up on virtual office enquiries and online purchases, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.
β¨ Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, becoming a trusted point of contact.
β¨ Work closely with Front of House and operational teams to ensure meetings and events run smoothly.
β¨ Maintain accurate records within our CRM and internal systems.
β¨ Use technology, reporting tools and emerging AI solutions to improve efficiency, support decision-making and enhance the customer experience.
β¨ Ensure compliance documentation is completed and maintained in line with company requirements.
β¨ Support Argyll's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments by promoting sustainable practices and contributing positively to our workplace culture and communities.
β¨ Resolve client queries professionally and effectively, delivering excellent service at every stage.
β¨ Support occupancy growth and contribute to the continued success of the Central Court business.
π― What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from people who genuinely enjoy working with customers and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
You'll ideally have:
β Experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, events, flexible workspace, serviced offices, property or a similar environment.
β Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
β Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
β A proactive approach and a natural ability to solve problems.
β Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and digital tools.
β Curiosity and openness to learning new technologies, including AI-powered tools and systems.
β Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
β A positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to get involved.
