We’re looking for a Customer Services Assistant to be at the heart of our buildings, making sure our clients and visitors have an effortless experience.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
What you’ll do
Welcome and support clients and visitors.
Help keep our workspaces running smoothly.
Set up meeting rooms, events and catering.
Complete day-to-day operational tasks and basic IT support.
Spot problems, take ownership and find solutions.
Work collaboratively across our buildings and teams.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be friendly, proactive and organised, with great attention to detail and a genuine passion for helping people.
You’ll enjoy working as part of a team, be confident using technology, including AI-enabled tools, and take pride in delivering high standards. You’ll also play your part in supporting our ESG commitments.
