Data & Insights Analyst
Help shape a growing data function at Argyll
Do you enjoy turning complex data into insights that helps a business understand what’s really driving performance?
At Argyll, we create some of London’s most distinctive premium workspaces, combining exceptional service, elegant design and commercially driven thinking.
We are looking for a Data & Insights Analyst to join our growing Data & Insights team at an exciting stage of its development. Working closely with the Senior Data & Insights Manager, you will help improve reporting, uncover commercial insight and strengthen how data is used across the business.
You’ll join at a pivotal stage as the function continues to evolve — giving you the opportunity to shape reporting, influence stakeholders and help embed a more data-led culture across the organisation.
This role offers genuine variety — from dashboarding and commercial analysis to customer insight and business problem-solving. We’re looking for someone who enjoys asking questions, exploring data and getting underneath the numbers — not just producing reports.
What you’ll be doing
Building and improving trusted Power BI dashboards and reporting used across the business
Analysing sales, customer, pricing and operational data
Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to support decision-making
Supporting customer insight and survey analysis
Exploring how AI tools and emerging technologies can improve reporting, insight and business processes
Improving data quality, validation and reporting accuracy
Preparing clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders
Working with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance
What we’re looking for
Experience in a data, reporting, BI or analytics role
Strong Excel and Power BI skills
Confidence working across multiple datasets and improving data quality and consistency
Ability to structure problems, investigate trends and translate findings into practical insight
Ability to communicate insight clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Commercial curiosity and a proactive mindset
SQL, Microsoft Dynamics or customer insight experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
